Simone Biles broke down in tears after putting her house up for sale.

The 29-year-old gymnast and her NFL star husband Jonathan Owens, 31, have offloaded their Houston-area home for more than $1 million, but Simone couldn't hold back the tears about selling the plush pad after she became a "real adult" in the abode.

She said in a TikTok video: "Today is the first day the house is going to be on the market.

"Why the f*** am I boohoo crying? F***.

"This house will be on the market for the first time and I don't know why I'm boohoo crying.

"I was here for six years, and I feel like there were just so many good memories, so many bad memories.

"But I feel like I grew up in this house.

"It's made me a real adult, so I'm gonna miss it.

"Ugh, I didn't think I'd be emotional about a house.

"Whoever buys this house, I hope it brings you as much joy as it did for me."

Simone revealed in the caption that the house sold in just four days.

She wrote: "the house sold in 4 days

I was so excited to put in air fresheners for the potential buyers showing Jonathan the last look. I just cried instead... anyone else?

#emotionallyattached (sic)"

According to the Houston Business Journal, a listing for Simone's abode shows it sold for between $1.08 million and $1.24 million on October 15th.

Simone - who previously lived part-time in Chicago while Jonathan played for the Chicago Bears - was also upset last month when her car was stolen by three masked thieves.

Speaking in a TikTok video, she said: "I feel like I need a new car because during our last few months in Chicago, three men in masks came to our house and stole my Porsche. But that's another story. If you guys wanna know, I'll do a story time on that."

Simone - who has experienced mystery health issues in recent months - thinks she "needs" her own reality show because so many out-of-the-ordinary things happen to her.

She said: "I feel like I need a reality TV show. The things that happen to me are absolutely insanity. And so it would be really easy for producers to just film regularly. That is one of the reasons why we also got our doberman."

The couple's car was eventually returned.

She wrote in the caption: "Yes we recovered the car, onto the next."
